About the volunteer
I am a professional yoga teacher and yoga therapist with many years of experience. About 15 years ago, I had the opportunity to volunteer at Northampton High School, sharing yoga with students as part of a special project. It was a rewarding experience, and I’m excited to offer it again.
This fall, I am interested in bringing yoga classes for students and faculty back to the schools. My focus also includes training high school students to become yoga teachers themselves, giving them lifelong skills in wellness, leadership, and mindfulness.
